No rubbing at all. In fact my other set of wheels are also 17x8 +35 with 245/40/17 Dunlop ZII and don't have any rubbing issues.

If it were me I think I'd go with Bremmer. A lot of people already have wheels that look like nurburgrings. Either choice is great....
