At the oil filter, while at operating temp I see single digits. It'll set off my gauge alarm(5psi) depending what weight and brand of oil I use. The manual is spot on.

Hey OP, if you do install the KillerB pickup and you don't want to worry about RTV killing your engine check out "Permatex 51813 Anaerobic Gasket Maker", it'll stay liquid and not clog your oil...

If you're worried do a leak down on your coolant system. If it holds a vacuum you're GTG.

I've been using a higher pressure radiator cap for over a year now. You won't notice a difference except now when your coolant hits 250f you'll know it's not boiling.
