Even at the same RPM and close to the same engine load you will get MAF voltages that are inconsistent since the air hitting the MAF is turbulent.

I am seeing the Tomei front pipe is 60.5mm (2.38189"). That seems pretty negligible of a change over the stock 2.118".

Was it difficult to get your OEM overpipe out?

That's a similar experience I had with OFT stage 2+ (EL aftermarket headers + E85). I could feel a difference but it wasn't really night and day. Wasn't worth the effort of finding E85 near my house...
