ND2 transmission is fine. I sold my 2017 86 for an ND2 Club with the Recaro/Brembo/BBS package on the car and put Xida on it. Couldn’t be happier. I love the GT86 platform as a do-it-all car but...

100% agree on your comments about trail braking.

I have had similar experiences with the pedal dance as well. The ABS on the 2017+ Gen 1.5 cars is even better, I feel like a complete hero with...

Base line them but make sure you have your ride height with .25" of rake with the rear being higher. It makes a significant difference in balance. After that make changes as you see fit.

Stonking good in the wet. Last autocross was wet during the second half. I was very very impressed. Almost couldn't tell the ground was damp.

I'd run a 225 or 205 on a 9 if I am using Hoosiers. 205/50/15 was the go to for a Miata running 15x9s. Hoosiers are way oversized and will last longer and give you better lap times if sized...

Get the SS1, I've had quite a few different set ups and the SS1 are the most impressive for the money. You can barely notice the camber plates in terms of NVH and they ride GREAT.
