I have not, my guess is it is either the same or very similar. The WRX units that are much beefier than the FRS/BRZ units still fail, which is why we have a WRX unit as well.

It's best to have the system pull a slight vacuum on the crankcase. We have found with turbo applications, that *sometimes* you can pull too much oil/vapor out of the crankcase and overwhelm the can....

I'm not sure what is going on with your specific case but that should not be difficult. Our radiator and fan combo were able to cool my BRZ to those temperatures in 130 degree ambient heat in Arizona...

Do those go behind the rear wheels? I have a hard time believing they do anything meaningful but I've seen weirder things work. Again, just assumptions until proven through some form of testing.

Your guess seems pretty solid to me, it likely increases a bit of front end downforce/high-pressure while increasing wheel well evacuation. Until it is tested though, that is a guess.
