It's called TPMS service pack. They cost around $3 each. Reason why you should change them to keep the tpms sealed. Its better to change then risk the air seeping out and causing damage to the tire...

No rotation is needed ......... Sensors will send signal to TPMS CPU no matter what. Thats why sensors must be kept in the car. I am TPMS installer tech. Best example if you want to TPMS system work...

I would check the torque on your TPMS. I should be 35 "inch" lbs. Do not over torque ..... gasket can be damaged which causes it to leak. Check the torque on the valve core too. Use windex and spray...
