It's a way of saying hello. I do it sometimes when I pass other twins on the highway. I would just do the wave at an intersection.

I got mine done at Toyota in Tysons. It was estimated to be 4-5 days but ended up taking about 2 weeks. They let me pick my loaner. They kept me updated throughout the process.
