The car idles pretty much 100% on the OEM direct...

The car idles pretty much 100% on the OEM direct injectors so port injector scaling is unlikely to be the issue.

I'd be looking for a vacuum leak or bad electrical connection.

I'd suggest you look for a loose or missing pieces.
