The chirping noise is from the high-speed fuel pump located on the top of the motor. Toyota is aware of the problem. A TSB will be issued in a few weeks . The high-speed fuel pump will be replaced...

fr-s u can buy quality hids and installing them is a simple step by step, thanks to the not so crammed engine bay you can easily tuck them so its clean. i doubt the "non hid ready projectors" will...
