Clean the inside and outside window gasket...

Clean the inside and outside window gasket surfaces as completely as you can. Then spray the inside and outside of the window completely with rain-x. Be sure to wipe it down after the rain-x dries.

If you have the Harmon base audio, you should do us all a favor and check to see if that amp bypass plug is in place on your car. And can you post the results for us please?

Perhaps when the wiring harness was being assembled the pins were not fully seated and didn't get locked down. When the two halves of HD2 were plugged together those pins slid partially out of HD2...
