More speed, more throttle, more commitment. That's pretty much it honestly. You'll probably want to start a bit higher on rear tire pressure and then lower accordingly depending on how the car feels.

Megan tie rods are exactly the same as stock on the point where they connect to the outer tie rods, so they should. You're gonna have some binding without their tie rod offset-spacer tho
