It's a pretty light car and very well balanced, front to back. The front brakes on my GS-R wore out every 40k, I think I went thru 3 sets. I never replaced the back ones.

When I did mine, I used a scissor jack (trailer leveler) to prop up the front of the engine to keep it from leaning forward, helped a lot.

I had the blue one of those. I was kind of loose when I installed it. Eventually it slipped off onto the header heat shield and melted into a blue blob.

Takeaway: make sure it's nice and snug.
