If the front strut is inverted like Bilstein B6s the hump stop is Likely internal. No need to do anything on the front.

Rears you would reuse OEM assuming the springs are stock height.

The fix recommended in this video works surprisingly well. Also, the OEM silver clips are far better fitting than any aftermarket ones I've handled, so I would recommend picking those up.
