Unfortunately they didn't find it before new ECU went in. Caught it after they put it in, started the car and a million codes popped up. Good thing it didn't fry the replacement ECU. Now it sounds...

I hope so too! If it is then it might be as simple as a different voltage to turn signal to indicate signal vs alarm going off.

That's some awesome information, I had no idea that alarm was sequential. I "think" I'm pretty good with electronics, and I've retrofitted a few headlights; guess I know what I'm playing around with...
