Your input on so many different threads has saved me countless times in my one year of owning my car, thank you for being such a positive and helpful member in this community. We appreciate it more than you know!

You're crazy active on here man. Meanwhile I am lurking and 99% of the time I'm not logged in. Where's the build thread?

    Hi Humfrz,

Just wanted to say "Hi". I recognized your user name from the Miata forum. I've also moved from the Miata world.

I needed a practical vehicle in 2014 and traded my PRHT MX-5 (my 4th Miata) for an Outback. Just recently got into a position where I could add a lightweight sports car to the garage. I've been impressed with Subaru build quality and reviews of the FR-S/BRZ pushed me in that direction. Plus I preferred the looks of the BRZ over the ND MX-5.

Well, archer, I feel badly that when I suggested to you to post your thread, I didn't caution you that there are usually those 10% out there that are PIAs (pricks).

It seems that if one brings up a subject, a few will shout "that has been discussed a million times before" or "do a search" .... !!

As far as diss7, he "jumped all over your thread" from the get go ..... for why I don't know.

If I were you, I would just "acknowledge" his input ...... and move on without engaging him. I've found that you can rarely "win" against a FKIA (Fucking Know It All).

I hope you can just move past him and enjoy the forum.

    Roger
