Try this;
Get in car close all doors
Turn ignition to ON, but don't start the car
Lower the window, when the window is all the way at the bottom, keep holding the button for 5 seconds, then release the button.
Raise the window, when the window is all the way at the top, keep holding the button for 5 seconds, then release the button.
See if that resets the window.

Are you aware of any reason why a drivers side window would go down but not up? I mean besides the obvious like a bad switch/motor. Even when the window lock is on it still goes down. I am wondering if it could be in a emergency mode as the car was wrecked. Thank you sir
