    The shifter has shorter throws though doesn't it? (sorry for the 20 questions - just wanna make sure I don't regret spending 500 dollars)

    Had it for about 2 months. I'm sure a lot of people will like it. I got tired of the shift effort required(Mtec springs might have made it worse), and the vibrations.

    Ah okay - yeah for that money I think I'm gonna go with IRP - I read you kept it on for like 2days and then you switched?? lol

    Yep, I've got it in and like it. Probably not worth $400, but I just wanted slightly shorter shifts without any issues some other shifters have. I also have Mtec springs in the trans. A friend with stock shifter tried it out and the higher effort because of the springs was a more noticeable difference than the shorter throws. Really enjoy how it feels, but I'd probably make it slightly shorter shifts if I could. I forget the exact amount the shifts are shortened, but I think we posted it in one of the threads.

    Did you ever end up trying out the sti short shifter? Any thoughts on it? at 400 it's kinda steep.
