Sorry but just checked with PMCTIRE and with the $70 rebate a new set would only cost 747.78 tax included shipped to my door

I think cuz they are new tires maybe you got to break them in a bit for them to have a better bite and feel?

Wheels Direct quoted me these installed 2 years ago for $960 cash so it sounds about right.

I'm not so sure about ordering tires from afar, what if they decide to send old tires to your door (Kaltire did this to my friend before by getting 3 year old NOS tires and charging new tire money, my friend busted them after reading the date code).

BTW I'm running Pilot Sport A/S 3 and they handle great, the Pilot Super Sport must be better but you gotta bring them up to temperature which you can't always do in a timely manner on a daily commute. I used to have this problem with Yokohama S-Drive on my old car when going to work.

don't know what you're regretting, unless you're chasing the autocross or time attack championship this is a really good tire, it is very durable and grips well compared to most high performance summer tires. In fact, it probably has the highest durability for performance value than anything else.
