Talking My red 86 from Germany

Hey guys,

this is my 2013 Toyota GT86 from Germany

i bought this car last christmas as a little present to myself

car modifications in Germany are not so easy because of an institution named TUV.
Your car must be certificated by TUV for driving on the streets of Germany, and all parts like rims, bodykits, wings , spoilers and engine part must be tested...
So all the really cool parts are illegal
all my parts are illegal

my first drift car was a Nissan Silvia S14 SR20
My girls also liked it :-D

Spec. list Toyota GT86 from 2013:

HKS drop in air filter
HKS big air duct
all resonators are deactivated in the intake
Tomei Expreme TI front pipe
Cusco gas pedal
Takata tow strap
HKB boss kit
Sparco steering wheel

upcoming modifications:

BC Racing coilovers
JapanRacing or Rota wheels ( not sure atm)
Cusco strut bar
Whiteline sway bars
Bride ZetaIII driver seat with Takata belts
Cusco intake pipe
Greddy supreme sp catback
Japspeed Header with over pipe

And the biggest thing will be the RocketBunny V.1 build in winter 15/16 with Work Meister S1R

I hope you like it and please forgive me my bad written english

The day when i pick up the 86

the first parts arrived

mooooore parts

MY Sparco steering wheel signed by Ryan Tuerck

Stay tuned for more

What exactly is a street drift car? Do you drift your car on streets? Or is this an image/style thing?

If your mods are illegal you should consider blanking out your plate in your pics.

Itīs more the thing that I want to build a car that I can drive every day and drift it on the track.
And yes street drift. spec means also that we drift the streets outside of the city!

i know for you US guys it sounds crazy but here in Germany the cops already want to kill you if you change you shift knob or tint your rear windows...

at the moment all the modifications are illegal but i want to bring it all legal with TUV on the streets ( a lot of paperwork to do for that)

Sorry to hear that. But damage does not look bad, it should be up and running in no time

Greetings from Lithuania. We have organization here called "TUVlita" which came from Germany. But at least it is not as harsh as in Germany, although all main components (like headlights) need to be certified. This makes sense, but certification for shift knob is crazy

P.S. Just noticed that you already have it repaired. Good job!
