Or you could use Ecuflash and a OP2.

Is this CPI Tuning? or APR

we have tested the tuning and max gains from Tuning with exhasut 7wkw.
Octane will obviously help any senario.

what interesed me is one of the stock 86 here in Durban got more mains using Octane with an intake, than tuning could.

Cool they been working with Anban's car.

they went from 123wkw base to 129wkw on tune, decat header intake mods.
133wkw with Octane booster.

They are using OpenFlash. Pretty sure EcuTek would see better gains.

I am not to concerned with the peak power. Would like to minimize the indent of the torque dip though.... or even eliminate it if possible without doing exhaust headers.

Do you perhaps have Anban's dyno graph ?

They are definately using Ecutek as I helped Anban set up his Launch Control.
I saw his dyno chart, this you would have to get from him, but I can tell that the torque dip was not taken away via the tune.

I would rather go with either an Ecutek file or US sourced open source file. CPI is a VW focused company and tuning of these car's ECU's (like the Evo and Subaru) is a lot more intricate than the Bosch ecu's.

True.

I would trust someone that can tune a K-series Honda engine via flashpro as that is as intricate as it gets when tuning 4 cyl NA engines (that is, having constant variable valve timing and lift throughout the rev range).
