Now I got a KW V3 and a Cusco LCA.
The alignment shop told me that I would need rear toe arms. The stock cam bolts to adjust the toe is not enough. And it would even be DANGEROUS without a toe arm. I thought that a little bit toe in on the rear is ok right? got confused. Can the toe be correct to 0 on the rear without those arms? I am going to drop about 1''-1.2'', -2 f and -1.5 r camber.

Running similar camber to your goals I was unable to zero out my toe. I actually was stuck with improper thrust angle. Toe out on one side, toe in on the other ...
Moral: buy toe arms

The CSG BRZ does not have any toe arms. Zero toe all around no problem...

I was able to get -1/16 toe per side with -1.2 degree camber with LCA so -1.5 should be possible. The more neg camber you will get more toe adjustment for the rear.

I'm on H&R super sports (about 1.5" in the rear), with about 2* neg camber on racerx lower control arms, and stock toe arms. My alignment shop was able to get toe to 0 on both ends without any issue.

I've got a toe kit from SPC performance but that requires pushing in their bushing into the existing toe arm as far I can tell.
