It's certainly a much cheaper alternative to the $300 Bridjit setup that I've got. But that wood doesn't appear to be pressure-treated. It's not gonna last too long out in the elements before, frankly, it looks like shit. I think you'll also be surprised just how much pressure water exerts in a drain, and you'll find your ramps shifting around.

I don't really understand how the subject relates to the post either but I've also got a super-steep driveway. Pulling straight in would be suicidal for any sort of sports car (lowered or not). A lowered Miata with 3" exhaust was a daily challenge.

I don't understand what the appeal of scraping the shit out of your car daily, to the point you need wooden planks to get out of your driveway???

Don't get me wrong, I like the lowered look and my last car had about a sneakers toes worth of ground clearance under the front bumper (maybe 2.5" - 3") and I hardly ever scraped that. How low are you going?

Anyway, back on topic, it's a simple 3-step process.

1.

2.

The subject line of this post reminds me of some of the funny signs from Asia I have seen online.

Maybe ramps will make your pleasure better when you don't prefer 45 degree drive over curb to joyfulness! LOL

The pics must be deceiving because it looks like there's PLENTY of room to go at an angle. Plus, it doesn't look that bad of a driveway incline. My driveway has a awkward sloped hump and I've only got a car width to attack it sideways.
