What I heard was:

"This car looks great in Red and when driving it on a track really slowly it's very smooth. I also really don't like this red steering wheel or shifter. I wish I could drive it faster but but that's not hooky dooky with the Swedish Chef".

Of course, I'm paraphrasing and it may not be 100% accurate.

lol, actually he doesnt say anything about the color. He starts with explaining why RWD is better. That people have been waiting a long time for this car. Then the obvious cons like boxer engine weight distribution etc etc. and the cons where that the ESP comes in to quick but i think he's 2 stupid to figure out how to completely turn it of.

oh and he says that the shifts are a bit jerkey.

overal he's pleased with the car but wishes for a turbo because the car could handle more power.

Thanks for the real translation, much appreciated! I would learn to speak Dutch but I am from the U.S. and you know we just don't do that here.

I did later watch more of it and saw he eventually actually drove the car.

Yea he says traction control kicks in too hard, even in sports mode, and he doesnt like the gearbox, its shifts pretty fast, but its (just a bit) not smooth enough.

Overall he likes it. Does say it needs more power though.

In Finland it's 46.000 euros (fully loaded with navi and all). For example GTI 35 Edition cost same... So this sucks badly and i'm with you in that bank heist.

Yea its pretty weird because comparing it to other cars it should be about 35k, like a golf GTI.

But instead they will set it at 38000-39500 i think

Nonetheless, im gonna have a look, otherwise i might go for a peugeot RCZ.

u know what the really funny part is... all the things he says in that movie that are supposed to be dutch are actually german.

but this happens in almost every movie where they are talking "dutch"

back on topic, i agree with you Navi it should be the same pricing like the golf GTI.

For me its becoming hard to choose the GT when i can get a Megane RS 265 for like 5k less.. which faster in a straight line an probably also in the corners.

oh well better wait untill it finally arrives.
