No thanks. As much as I love the Griffon, all the exterior parts would probably cost twice the amount the FRS goes for.

I think it basically a development car to help with R&D, the parts on the drive train will most definitely be available at some point, as for the exterior fluff, if its functional bring it on, if not they can keep it and help keep the FRS' price down

There is a very low chance for the TRD Griffon in any of its form to be sold in the market. However, the parts from TRD Griffon project will continue to trickle down to us consumers/enthusiasts. Tada san has already stated that most if not all future parts for the 86 can be retrofitted to "earlier" models. So that is why he said there is no point in waiting for the so called "special variants" |
