From S14 to FR-S..

So I learned about cars through my brothers and boyfriends and found that I have quite a passion for them..for two years I owned an s14 built it from the ground up

and then one unfortunate rainy day on my way to work I hit a bump on the freeway, hydroplaned and lost control, I hit a truck that was parked in the median because they had just lost control in the same spot and luckily no one was in the vehicle but of course my pride and joy was a total loss but it kept me safe and kept me alive I walked away with a messed up hand and sprained back and neck but I healed pretty quick..

when I first heard about the frs I instantly fell in love and made a promise to myself that I would own that car so sure enough after I crashed my s14, the frs is what I aimed for. A few months before I crashed I went to the dealership to request more information about the frs and they told me everything I needed to know, so it was kind of fate when the day I needed to return the rental car I got a call from toyota asking if I was still interested in the frs, I said yes and they informed me they were getting one in and if I could go in to see it I went in as soon as possible. The car wasn't there and was supposed to arrive the next morning but since there were other people they called for it we went ahead and filled out all the paperwork to increase my chances of getting it before anyone else, so the next morning as soon as I got that call we rushed over and there was already someone there but they didn't have any paperwork filled out so I got first dibs. I took the car for a test drive and it was an instant yes! So this is my story of how I came to become a proud frs owner and my progress with my new found baby!

The day I got it..as you can tell I barely woke up haha

and the fun begins...

I originally wanted the car in white but since the argento was the color, I just changed that later.

Next in the works..suspension and wheels! I will keep you all updated!

Nice! Did you have it re-painted or vinyl wrapped?

Has to be a paint.. I could be wrong, but that's some serious shine and reflection for vinyl..

Sorry about the s14, but welcome to the 86

I'm sorry for your loss. What a horrible way to find a new steed... I at least got to sell my beloved S14. (mistake) Welcome to the club! You'll find the FRS a tad smaller than what you're accustomed to. To be honest, I did not love my FRS until I hit the 5k break in point...NOW THE TUNING CAN BEGIN.
