Congrats, be safe and don't use the cruise control on the way back.

i think its best to start the car, put your foot to the floor, drop the clutch and go go go... thats what i did right out of the dealership and car is still going amazing! all those break-in procedures are rumors

Heading to Kendall Toyota by any chance? Saw they just got a couple Whiteouts and was trying to get my hands on one but couldn't get them to commit to them actually being "available".

watch it over at the first 1000km with low changes and try not to overload the engine(full throttle or 3/4 of the throttle with 2000rpm or something)..after the 1000km its better to drive throttle and lift off's and not steady step on the gas...with this way the engine will "open" faster and reach its ideal performance faster...If you want to do a decent break-in procedure despite all this,a good way is to increase 500rpm for every 500km you drive after the 1000km distance

I had them work a good deal cause I had to drive down and stuff. I told them my max and they worked to fit to that out the door and faxed me final paper work with manager signatures so let hope it's legit.

Proper Break-In:
Don't race the engine. No slamming on the gas and shifting under 4k rpm.
Don't slam on the brakes. This is just the same when you get new pads/rotors. Wear them in slow.
Don't use cruise control.

This is a constant debate but I feel like the Mfr's sets these rules forth for a reason.

Cograts on the new car! Have fun and drive safe.
