No shade, nothing, just a lot of people have been going through stuff.

Edit: to add, I think the mental health of young people is an often overlooked segment and should be given attention, although this post is not exclusive to young people.

Honestly I don't know, a lot of things for me personally have just started boiling over all of a sudden and I'm really starting to see a lot of it everywhere. People are starting to hit their limits, and it feels bad.

I don't drink coffee or tea this late in the day, and I am on a diet since I can't workout so no mixing it with cola

Plus I should probably try to stay clear for at least a few more hours. I usually only drink at work when it is later in the day since if I am still here, I probably need it.

Eh, I don't mix with too much pops and the like, makes me feel like I downed a bag of salt with how dry my mouth gets. Either straight or watered down fruit juices work best.
