knifey_spoonie-GT86 from Ireland

So, This is one of the First GT 86 to enter the country. At this point there is only 3 on the road in the whole country. This is partly down to the car culture here, A 1.8l is considered a large engine size and diesel cars outsell petrol by 5 to 1.

The GT 86 is a bit of a oddity in this country. Also the $50,000 price tag doesn't help either.

Also have these arriving tomorrow for the car

Nice, and great color choice...probably the best given the seat color accents. Plus, with so few of you, you might as well make a bold statement, right? Enjoy!

We had a little 86 day celebration today. First time i have had the car on track and was really impressed with the car ability/ease to slide. The track time was split drift/grip track time so there was always some action on track.

Some photos.

I know cars are cheap in the US, but I had a look at cars in Ireland and there's actually 2009 E92 M3s cheaper than new 86s!

Car looks beautiful!! Have fun with it!!

I was actually born in Dublin... Unfortunately, that's all I remember about Ireland... Seems like a cold, rainy place that would be fun for a little sideways action in an 86...
