Don't know how to set timing.

Hey guys, I'm trying to set the timing on my frs. I see the marks on the two chains themselves, (do the cam gears have marks too?) as well as the timing sprocket, but unsure of how these marks align to put the engine back at top dead center.

Figured I would ask the forums for some assistance.
