Nengun Performance
Has anyone (outside of Japan) ever bought parts from Nengun Performance? Enkei Sport has come out with a new 16" rally wheel (RC-T5)to replace the discontinued ES Tarmac and they seem to be the only vendor I could find that sells it outside of Japan...

Not sure about Nengun, but RalliSpec may be able to help you out, they carry the RC-T4 wheel from Enkei.
