Saw one in GBS today being loaded up at the shipping company down the road from where I work, definitely a beautiful color in person. Maybe in a few years when I trade in to upgrade I'll have to abandon the SWP ship.

Without seeing either color in person, I can't be dogmatic about this statement, but the WRB will be significantly lighter. In the pictures, even with various lighting, it is fairly easy to discern which coloryou are looking at from what I have seen.

Funny you say that...... the dark blue BMW color is exactly the reason I chose GBS for the BRZ. I have always loved the color bimmer..... I'll let you know how close it is when I get mine (see if I can snug it up to a montego blue BMW).

IMO Both colors look a bit lighter in person compared to pictures. Especially in the sun.

I personally prefer GBS since the color appears deeper and sleek. It also seems to have a much wider range of shades depending on the sunlight.

WRB is more flashy and not quite as deep when it comes to shine in my personal opinion. Definitely less gloss appearance compared to GBS. Though the BRZ looks damn good in WRB still. Honestly pictures don't really do either color justice, however pictures do WRB more justice than they do GBS.

Those photos of GBS dont do it justice. The subaru emblem almost exactly matches the colors of GBS. In direct sunlight its almost the dark hue of WRB and gets darker from there. If i was at a computer id post up a pic. Goto the wheel section, and i have a post entitled. Brz on the rack at the tire rack and there are photos on there that are better then that one.

Honestly, both colors are really nice and hard to go wrong. It is not like montego blue.
There was another beemer color blue that got included in 3 series and M3, called Lemans blue. A bit darker and inky, possibly less flashy and gorgeous than montego lol, but nevertheless very nice

Laguna Seca Blue from the E46 M3 is still one of the most gorgeous colors I have ever seen. There is a LS M3 with the Competition Pkg parked across the street from work everyday it drives me nuts. Apparently that color got discontinued because it was so hard to replicate and the ingrediants to make it were extremely expensive.
