Put some Volk TE37s in 17 x 8 +38 on it, and find out how wide you can go on tires... because that's what I'm trying to figure out, but no one's had a chance to try tire fitment yet.

Lets see the widest rims/tires you can go with in the front/rear without modifying the fenders!

HP and TQ gains from mild mods I/H/E. all these other companies Ive seen so far have interal upgrades to the engine, I want to see what some simple bolt-on will do. seeing as how that is going to be more common.
Edit: of course they are showing their race programs though |

I'd like to see some actual stock suspension stroke measurements, so we have some sort of baseline data.
Otherwise, do a track day with data logging, find the weak links, and design & improve accordingly.

light as hell flywheel, slightly heavier clutch, try to smooth out the torque dip in the midrange, delete atleast one of the cats, make the exhaust sound 'cool' without losing power.

This is coming from a customer who has money in hand to spend. Just no car yet lol.
I'd like for you guys to recommend a suspension package (coilovers & sway bars) coupled with a wheel and tire package that increases the roadholding performance of the car but preserves its balance and predictability. In other words, don't change how the car communicates to the driver just make the performance better in every way. Evidently, Subaru gave you guys a great platform to start with but something that's well balanced is easy to throw out of whack. Keep in mind that many of us will be daily driving this so this won't be like your Time Attack Evo or the FXMD NSX. I'd love to have a street friendly package that allows me to shave off 5-8 seconds from my best stock trim lap time and still enjoy the ride home. That's all. You've got your work cut out for you |
