Engine Swap: Which Would You Choose!??

If I could choose any engine or platform to swap in I would want to go with the 4B11T or the M-6007-M50BR. Also, it would definitely be turbocharged.

Which engine/platform would you swap in?

Looks like the IS-F engine is already in place: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FUPCwolLrsY

It would be interesteing to see how the Porsche flat 6 would fit or the upcomming flat 4.

I wonder what the weight difference is on the better 3L six cylinders that Subaru has made.

k20 or k24 turbo would be interesting to see. 700+ hp easily on stock internals.

Obviously a 2jz, but would it even fit? furthermore how much would it upset the weight balance?

They both use Aisin 6 speed manual...might be able to keep the 86 transmission to cut down on costs...Plus 32 bhp, plus 9 lb ft, 9k rpm rev limit, same torque curve over a wider powerband, smaller and lighter than a boxer engine, so overall weight reduction, better weight distribution, and an even lower center of gravity! The Renesis is really just an improvement upon everything that makes the FR-S/BRZ great! The Renesis would most likely make the car a true FMR, too!

LS1 and EJ207 (not the 257) are the only ones im considering.

If i wanted to have some unique and wildness to it for a fast show car..id do a 20B rotary.
