FR-S Whiteout color will be Cost UP option
Whiteout will cost approximately $200 more than the other colors. I can't divulge more at this time, but if someone else stumbles upon the details, feel free to post it.
If Whiteout is a flat (non-metallic) color, this is retarded. It should be a credit of $200. Maybe I'm just irritated because I ordered Whiteout

i'm sure it is a pearl. the subaru white is a pearl and it is not uncommon for there to be an extra cost for pearl.
toyota routinely charges extra for pearl even though they don't for the other metallic colors like the germans do edit: you ordered the car without knowing what the color was? |

It's pearl, which is often an up charge. This shouldn't really surprise too many people.

It's $220 for a Blizzard Pearl option on the iQ on Scion's website.
It's not a deal breaker but I don't like white pearl to begin with, and I was on the fence about it. If I like it in person, then I'll gladly pay, if not I'll go red. |

Unfortunately Toyota always charges $200 more for blizzard pearl, why I don't understand when as someone else stated they have other metallic colors that aren't an additional cost. I don't get the attraction to blizzard pearl, flat white looks better.

I'm sorry, but if I were considering a whiteout FR-S I would be very upset. Considering Subaru doesn't charge a premium for SWP for their current line up and they're the same exact color that's being painted by Subaru.
