I have the low idle 'issue' but never stalls. I don't pay any mind to it, just filled up on 93 (Shell V-Power) so I know it's not a gas issue. The car doesn't shake violently or anything. The best analogy I could give you would be it's like someone dozing off (sub-600 rpm) and their head begins to droop, and then they wake up from it (1k+ rpm)... repeat every several seconds.

That's what I was expecting, and it's very similar or identical to a problem I was having with my RX-8. With the RX-8 it was the ignition coils going bad, a common problem with the Renesis. Hopefully this gets looked into soon.

Spotted a Silver BRZ off of Creedmoor RD next to the entrance to 540. They were headed south. Driver looked older and wasn't paying attention because he didn't see me.

That's really close to me, Dan, but i don't have mine yet. Who was it that mentioned Living near creedmoor/strickland? I wonder if there'll be two brzs running around my neighborhood.

I'm not far. I live off of Quail Ridge and Spring Forest. I drive that way every morning to jump on 540 west. Doubt the guy is on the forums. Seemed to be about 40+ maybe 50+ hard to tell.

I THINK it was. But can't say for sure since I was turning left on the on ramp and it was about 2-3 cars back in the right lane going straight so I couldn't see behind it.

It's the Whiteout color, I believe it is Satin White Pearl.

Manual? Any options? When is it getting delivered, or did you already pick it up?

geez, you had me steaming for a minute. i even called the dealer to make sure they didn't give away a delivered car that was exactly what i ordered.

i DID order a SWP Limited MT BRZ from Performance. don't have an ETA, but if an identical model had come in and the preorder customer had backed out and i DIDN'T get the earlier car i would have been pissed.

but it sounds like you just got the order spot, not the actual car yet.

are you keeping it SWP Limited MT or did you switch it up and order something different?

Im keeping the swp L mt. it was exactly what i wanted which is why i jumped on the order

hmm. now i wonder if you are ahead of me in the wait list. do you know when the original pre-order person put their order in? i guess you get to keep his priority if you didn't change anything.

No I don't. Im sure I can find out. They really only did change the name on the order because they never cancelled his when he backed out.
