SOLD: Nikon D3100 w/ Nikon 18-300mm f/3.5-5.6G AF-S DX Nikkor Lens

Getting married and finances are getting pretty tight.

Pains me to do this, but my Nikon D3100 with a Nikon 18-300mm lens (with B+W UV/Haze filter) is up for sale. I just don't use it like I used to. Obviously normal wear, I have taken good care of it and of course I will give a thorough cleaning and look over before I ship.

EDIT: I will also throw in the tripod I have been using for free
Also includes a Nikon neck strap.

$1,300 OBO. (Shipping & Paypal fee Included)

List prices for all are listed below:
Nikon D3100 14.2MP Digital SLR Camera:
$549.95 ($446.95 on Amazon)

Nikon 18-300mm f/3.5-5.6G AF-S DX Nikkor Lens:
$999.95 ($999.00 on Amazon)

B+W 77mm Clear UV Haze with Multi-Resistant Coating:
$176.00 ($71.75 on Amazon)

List Total: $1,725.90 +Shipping
Amazon Total: $1,517.70 +Shipping
Asking Price: $1,300.00 (Shipping Included)

Images I have taken with the D3100 (with the 18-300mm lens) are seen below:

Subscribed.

I can't see the pictures now at work, but I'll look at them later. I want to get a DSLR for my girlfriend for Christmas. I'm not too familiar with the 3100, so I'm going to go look into it right now. Originally I wanted to get a full frame camera for myself, then just give her my D80. Then I bought an FR-S. So... looks like I'll just be rocking the D80 for several more years and just get her something new(er).

You still have the boxes and everything? I don't really want to get her a used anything as a Christmas present, but if you have the original boxes, it won't be so bad.

Hmm. Looks like a pretty decent camera. I always run straight to Ken Rockwell for quick, straight forward, no bullshit reviews. Apparently it's crazy light, which would be good for my girlfriend.

Sucks about the lack of Kelvin white balancing. I use the hell out of Kelvin mode on my D80, but white balancing is still well beyond her level right now. She's just now getting a good grasp on being effective with shutter, aperture, and ISO.

Do you even still have this thing? I just noticed how long it's been since your last post.

Yes sir, I still have it. I may have some of the boxes for the lenses, but I don't believe I have the box it came in.

Still for sale, I haven't pushed it too much since I'm not desperate to sell it. I just don't use it as much as I used to

If you want any other pictures or have any other questions let me know. I can try to find a great way to box it up for a gift. LOVE the camera and it's a beast with the 18-300mm lens.

Heh, I can't see them either.

It comes with pretty much everything I have with it (tripod, filters, lenses, etc.)

Whatever lens it came with. I only used it a few times, I'm not really sure its specs probably 18-55mm.

EDIT: Of course it's pretty useless if you already have a 18-300mm
