Light, wide wheels with good fitment
I'm thinking about wheels and could not give a damn what they look like.
Requirements: 17 or 18 inches diameter 9 or 9.5 inches wide Offset around +40 Obviously bore of 56.1 Target weight around 8kg. Anyone know what fits the criteria?

The problem at this stage is the lack of off the shelf 5x100 wheels for anything bigger than 18x8.
but it's gonna change when the car releases. i guess we should all be patient. i'm planning to go 17 or 18 x 8 front and x 9 rear. not sure what offset will be best due to the limited info released. bore is not an issue as you can just get those hub rings. |

That's all true and obviously why I posted the thread.
There isn't much out there now, but I know there's more than nothing. It's just hard to find the info and if they have to be custom made, I'll have to order them now.

But the thing is, we don't know how much offset we need to fill the guards. I'd wait till April when the Japanese gets their cars and starts changing wheels.

I could care less about filling guards.
I've had someone measure one and know what will fit, I just have to find them.

Kosei K1 Racing. No clue on fitment, but it's the wheel to have for e36 M3s.

They're also crazy cheap. That's kind of the trade-off. Perfect track wheel. Daily driving not so much, but if you don't mind replacing a wheel every so often, it's still the cheapest option for light wheels.
