You know (I dont wanna sound like the mean guy) but your gif, although it may be funny, its an excerpt of a Korean(I think) zoo video who tortures this poor cub for humor with the lion and certainly doesn't care much about it. I saw the full vid on Youtube and many had marked it as animal cruelty as it should have.

Well busting my balls at work may pay off with more than just OT. Plant supervisor recommended that I apply for a new opening position. Very different job, but they will train and it maxes out at 40% more $ than where I'm at now.

I agree, personally I try to remember to at least drink some water before I pass out, so I don't get a horrible hangover. Although that doesn't always happen.
