My "regular route", when I go for a swim in the Pickerel Lake (I can recommend that to anyone who likes to swim in a relatively open water w/o motorized traffic, the 'beach' there sucks though), I typically drive on Hankerd rd - Glenn brook rd a few times, it's the best out of what's near Hell. Sometimes I take a big loop, consisting of above, then west on Paterson Lake/Doyle till Unadilla Rd, turn south and return to Hankerd bia Hadley and Territorial. There are a few more in this area toward Lansing, but they are somewhat further away from Hell.

Going to be in England and Scotland next weekend so I'll miss any meets.
It is going to be very frustrating being in two countries with fantastic twisty country lanes to whiz about on and being stuck in a rented econo box (probably built by the French )

To update about my most recent dealership work. We established that the engine idle does still bounce around at the occasional stop light and that the window still screams like a banshee when wet. In other words they took two weeks and managed to change a fuel pump. Yay

I spent the last week driving through the hills/mountains of Pennsylvanian and New Jersey...in a Fiat. The place I was staying in New Jersey had a nice switchback down a hill with great elevation changing turns, views of NYC and a hairpin straight off a racetrack. It was painful not having my car. I did see a ton of twins though...someone is enjoying those roads.

Yeah I was pretty big into rebuilding engines before I moved and still knowing a few people in the area they wanted me to come put in my 2 cents. It is running an LS motor but because of lifter knock from reving them to 9k they are going to be running a modified LS motor with a the newer two piece lifter. The car is purely amazing they are not making very much money on these the breaks and wheels cost them about $10K each car and the carbon fiber body isn't cheap either. They also really stand behind them and make sure every customer is truly happy with the car. They help you set it up to your driving style which is pretty cool. The only down fall is the car is very wide so tracking it can be a problem on a tight track. All in all they are great cars and at the price if these things ever catch on god help ferrari because this would be the obvious choice.

That's a bit of a drive from Kart 2 Kart and I would be cutting it close to get there by 1. Put me down as a maybe.

That's a cool story. 9000 rpm is nuts from an LS motor!

Yeah I know some corvettes can go to 8k rpm (probably an aftermarket tune) but I've never seen someone push it to 9k rpm before this car. If I had the money for one I would get it but that is just way to much for me to spend on a car even if it is one of the best deals by supercar standards.
