Anyone actually buy one of these yet and want to share pricing? I drove one today and am basically being quoted $1k off MSRP, kind of hard to swallow with no performance package. Super cool car but a BRZ PP can be $3k less right now.

Never pull a handbrake without pushing in the release button,

Of course they do, over in the old country. How else would you get the brake lever to move?

I'm sadly in NY state now, land of eternal winter but 20 minutes from Watkins Glen. Guess I need to update my profile.

Ahh, but upstate NY is a beautiful part of the country -

So, you are thinking of going from a Lincoln to a BRZ or FR-S -

Or, would be the twin be just a little second fun car?

Moving up here was the big change. It's the first time I've not had a garage and, between that and the climate, I decided to try giving up on cars. Before this year the car progression included GTI, S4, Corvette, MR2, RX8 and all were used in track and autox events.

The Lincoln is boring, it's going away. I have only one parking space now so can only have one car. If it gets filthy and rusty living outdoors in the North, so be it. Life's too short for boring cars.

Proceedings? What proceedings? Oh yes, I remember, proceedings, back in the day. You know, you CAN wear that thing out -

That's exactly why I made the point about pressing the "button" before application.

Well, true, but I found out it takes about 60 years and many, many pulls to wear it out.
