3. Do I need any fuel system upgrades if I keep stock twin turbos ?

I have already inquired about using the 2JZ VVTI, they said as of this moment they have no plans for it. Unless a customer comes into their shop locally and they can modify a harness for the VVTI inputs, I'd say just stick with a Non-VVTI 2JZ. Unless you end up going with a Motec m150 which Varis86 is doing currently. Also they mentioned in their video that you should upgrade your fuel system accordingly with a bigger fuel pump and etc

like said, we would have to have a car here. the Motec m130 is pretty close to its input/output limit so it "could" need an m150, but without going into it more im just speculating. also the crank trigger is different i believe so we would have to alter that in the software.

for fuel, a stock in tank pump may run stock twins at stock 2j boost level, but every car we have done has a single turbo and 400+ whp so its hard to say 100%. will the car run, of course. it just may run out of fuel when trying to make power. any drop in fuel pump will work since the motec controls the oem fuel pump controller, just like factory.

as for the ecu and wiring, everything the car needs to work the abs, cluster, fuel pump, steering, etc is in the bulkhead harness at the ecu. the auto trans related wiring will just go to nothing on the motec end of the jumper

Due to popular demand, we are adding VVTi 2JZGTE To our catalog! Our Plug and Play Setup can now be ordered for use with VVTi motors. We have also added VVTi friendly mounts to our website!

www.pureautomotiveperformance.com/shop

I would LOVE it if someone decided to drop a car off at the shop for a full VVTi swap in the near future so we can do a build thread and show off the compatibility

Damn I would have dropped off mine if I actually trusted shipping companies. My other FR-S just sits anyways.

Our first overseas swap package is up and running without issue! Starts right up with all functions working. We have another one heading to the UAE as well. This customer has been struggling for months trying to get the car running before going with our solution.

Only because we already test fitted these and know that they fit. We've used Xcessive for Non VVti and they worked. I'm sure the Xcessive ones probably work, I just won't sell anything I haven't personally test fitted yet.

Can't wait to get ours, we just had the our motor maincapped and going all out I guess. Also I'm considering Pure's LS Motec package (once finished) for my personal car.
