Yeah, If I don't get a response soon, I will most likely just file a dispute with Paypal. The lack of communication is outrageous, truly truly outrageous.

I only live 30 minutes away from him (i don't know his address) and i'm friends with him on facebook and he's in my enthusiast group locally and i can't get ahold of him to offer assistance by at least purchasing a half finished wing that he sen me a picture of it's really frustrating honestly.

trust me man i have been trying to reach out to him and just try and get his attention but he is purposely ignoring my messages both on Facebook and VIA text messages, I have even called his work and his receptionist constantly tells me he is busy and to take a message and that she'll have him call me back but it never happens, and I've sent someone out there a few times and every time i send someone out there's magically no sign of him anywhere.

I have really up until about now wanted to do nothing but help Tyler and give him my business as well did my group locally and the Scikotics KC chapter but at this point neither will be doing business with Tyler because it is bluntly obvious at this point that he is entirely unreliable...

He claims that he has processed returns already... but that's just what i have been told...it seems as if according to the folks in here that no one has either received a wing or a refund....

I filed a claim Monday with PayPal. As predicted, there has been no response there either.

I filed a claim through PayPal this morning as we are approaching 45 days. I would advise other buyers to do the same since PayPal requires claims to be submitted within 45 days of the transaction.

Still no response from seller.

The good news is that once you escalate it to a claim, it gets to be not-fun for the other party.

And if PayPal denies your claim, you can always file a chargeback with your card. Unless you paid with PayPal balance... dammit.

can you elaborate on this a bit more? why would paypal deny you're claim when its a pretty clear case...

I had an issue awhile back that was pretty clear as well and they denied it. It was "wrong goods" rather than "no goods" though. Once I filed a chargeback they handled it.
