I can confirm I did receive a refund but I canceled in the middle of last month, from lack of updates and such, and finally received it on the 29th of Dec. Don't know if this is helpful at all to any of you, but I did get my money back and I hope you guys do to. Good luck!

The solution here is simple.

Hotlava86 has the guys info, job location, etc.

Everyone who he owes money to contact the local police department and provide them with the info that you can get from Hotlava86. Let the police show up and arrest the deadbeat. He deserves it at this point. I'd personally have zero regret having this guy arrested if he ripped me off.

In the future, don't buy from non vendors. Not that vendors are a sure bet to avoid getting scammed/ripped off but most people aren't willing to pay a fee for the chance to rip people off. Report these types of threads right away so they can be closed and the OP would be warned and informed of the vendor policy.

Actually they exist but members have to help find the threads. If this thread had been reported it would have been deleted and the OP would have been warned to become a vendor.

that is my spoiler that is the exact picture he sent me of the spoiler he was "making" me....so basically if there is anyone other than me that paid for a hot lava fr-s and hasn't received their refunds this is now considered a federal offense. he is now selling someone else's product on ebay after they have already paid for them and not received product or refunds. This needs to be taken further than just simply paypal claims...

oh shit.. So he sent that picture to you. And that's not your eBay account or anything? I tried to see the location where it ships. Missouri and then matching it to his account here, but it doesn't specifically say a state on these forums
