I saw this thread pop-up a month ago and didn't even bother to open it to take a look. I've been tuning cars since the early 80's and have seen this subject come and go through the years. I admit, I was a non-believer.
Today I saw that this thread had reached over 900 posts and thought to myself "there must be something going on there" so I opened up the thread. I just finished reading all 42 pages and I'm 100% a believer. I look forward to the completed kit. I'm in. Truth be told, for my needs the stock engine makes fine power. But the torque dip during hard acceleration just drives me crazy. This elecrtocharger provides the exact performance boost I was hoping for, without compromising daily livability and drivability. The additional HP on the top end is icing on the cake. Well done. I look forward to the group buy.

Great. If there's a group buy I'll be getting a kit for a car I don't even own yet...

Since modifying your engine is illegal in our country.. putting a Turbo or Supercharger is a big chore because we have to take it off at every inspection.. this looks like a perfect solution to our problem, the power is great for it's price but im curious if you guys would be able to get even more out of it :p but it's already worth it now though. A Definite Buy when i get my car

UPDATE:
Here is the first race with a stock focus ST. Focus ST should be about 235hp to the wheels and are about 3000 pounds or there abouts. Trying to line up time with the WRX soon hopefully. [ame="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3eibW8XM9fc&feature="]FRS BRZ supercharged vs Focus ST - YouTube[/ame] |

+1 for Group Buy as well. Been watching and posting waiting for general release. This is the kit for DD and probably even more (with testing and minor upgrades).

Focus is actually about 3150 pounds. Key thing about turbo cars is they have the ability to negate some of the effects of altitude whereas this system cannot unfortunately.

It looked like he "got on it" before you. It would have been helpful if you both gave a 3-2-1 countdown.
What is interesting is that he didn't leave you for dead as he would have had your car been stock.

It might of been a quarter second before but we didn't want to be honking down the street during the day. There is a closed road down by where I live but none of my friends with decent cars ever make it to that corner of the city.
My immediate impression is that he pulls when his torque is strongest and then as his engine runs out of the mountain of torque we level out. These focus sts are good for 270 wheel torque at 2500 to 4000 rpm or so. I was very satisfied with the results considering our altitude. Sent from my HTC One using Tapatalk 2 |

Not trying to be a ****, but nitrous is just as safe as this, likely will be cheaper.

Not trying to be a ****, but nitrous is just as safe as this, likely will be cheaper and has more potential.

Not in the long run with bottle refills, and nitrous doesn't self replenish.
