I have been here long enough to see the auto nut-swinger "FWD sucks" as one of the first posts any time something about a FWD car gets posted up in this forum. I have also been here long enough to know not to argue with the fan boys... |

they need to put that R&D into something people will actually want to drive. imo, you shouldn't tweak any run of the mill car simply to suit/capture car enthusiasts. if you're going to do it, do it right. it's almost frustrating to see haha

Nissan should bring back a small, RWD, inline 4 or 6 cylinder model...something with a great suspension that weighs about 2,700lbs
I've basically written Honda off, since they no longer have a car I care about Nick C.

I grew bored of hondas, even beside the theft issue, basically everything over the past 5 years is just changing colors of lugnuts and strut braces, nothing mindblowing, atleast with the 240sx you have many different engine swap options etc..... I still want a k24 ITR but for the 18k it would cost to do it right i could have a 600hp 2jz 240sx and still have money left over for a few pairs of wheels...

I know everyone is getting down on the FWD Honda here, but the CTR and ITR models were usually always pretty great for what they were. I for one would welcome this car into the fold. Ford makes a 220hp fwd car and lots of people really give them props. Honda is going to make a 276hp fwd car which is on track to break the Nurburgring record and people here give them a ton of shit for it. Ok... I think if we had gotten ANY version of the CTR in the last 15 years we might have a different take on this car and what Honda is actually capable of in the fwd world.
