I had some initial leaking issues with the oil reservoir. Check to make sure you've torqued the banjos down to the correct torque and that washers were used. My leak was from the top and was caused by a banjo bolt that I had tampered with leaving some grooves on the banjo surface that comes in contact with the washer. I got the banjo and washer replaced and the minor leak I had went away.

Yeah, it looks like it was coming from the top originally until someone had placed blame on the cam seal plate.. turns out thats fine and it is actually coming from that reservoir. Thanks for the help!

We're gonna start sounding like broken records, but... Kraftwerks, CJ in particular, have by far the best customer service!

It's almost a pleasure when something goes wrong... almost

I would stick to the Kraftwerks' instructions about the Rotrex's oil level, it's really hard to anticipate exactly how much oil you'd require when priming the Rotrex ..

so it makes sense using a bit more oil to be on the safer side IMO.. mine also leaked a bit since I probably used a bit more than advised, but it never gave me an issue after I cleaned the reservoir

Hey guys, just got my kit put on last froday/saturday on my RS1, its been down ever since waiting on a tune from moto-east.

Just curious, what internals should be my next step? I'm sitting on a moto east flex fuel kit, 900 dw injectors, 255 lph walbro fuel pump, mpx uel headers and overpipe, and the c38 kit. What do you think my next purchases should be, priority given to reliability?
