I seriously doubt that any work that related to the engine oil leak would be covered by the factory warranty if the engine was supercharged.

However, it would be up to the issuer of the warranty, so, it's best to check with them.

Meanwhile, where is the engine leaking oil and how badly .. ??

MT or AT and mileage ....??

Isn't there a TSB on that part? If so, they will most likely cover it under warranty. Ask and if they say no, then no oh well, you would have paid anyway right?

Any seedy dealership worth their salt will decline warranty anyway and say it's because of the accident. Maybe you'll luck out and find the rare honest car dealer...

Its MT and it's only leaking from the front of the engine, seems to be a pretty good oil leak. Oil all over the front.

What year? It is more than likely that they would deny warranty for a supercharged car.

It's a 2016, I also think that the warranty will be voided because of that but i'm not 100% sure.

Not voided. Denied. Sort of have to agree with them on that one since a SC is a substantial change to the engine. The TSB will not help since it was for 13s only.

OP did you ever address the "leak"? Asking because I just noticed the same thing on mine.
