Hi guys,
Today I had a chance to test drive the new BRz grey.series MT. Was great! But what I don’t understand is why did I feel everything on the road. When I test drive the Toyota 860 special edition or the GT I did not feel it! Is it me or something might be different like the dampers etc. completely confused with the driving comfort. Any idea?

Additionally, the Brembos are really nice to look at. I mean, I would love to install the Brembo brakes that come with the PP on my car, but for street driving, they are 100% not necessary.
Adding Brembos implicate another problem, you'll need a different spare tire which is a little hard to source lol.

LOL! The standard OEM spare will fit easily with the Brembos if you use a bolt on spacer. No need to find a "special" spare.

Spacers work great! Even to make your "spare" tire stick way past your fender! (Though I would only suggest a spacer thick enough to clear the calipers)

Do you have any preference one over the other based on important differences (anything related to the interior, exterior? meanwhile, this will be a daily car and I don't want to do any mods on a brand new car. Thanks in advance

I don't know why you would need Brembos if you don't plan to track the car, and even then I'm not sure they're all that necessary with stock horsepower. This is a light, low power, momentum car. I probably should have looked for a later model, but I ended up with a '14 FR-S monogram which has all the BRZ electronics which I like. You can buy a nice, 40,000-mile. 2002-4 911 for the price of a new TRD. As for the problems of a used car...I don't recall how many cars I have owned, but the one new one I bought was in 1958. Let someone else take the %20 initial hit. If you're unsure, a $250 PPI will take care of that. From what I can tell, the single biggest reason cars like this come on the market is when the little lady says..."Dear, I have a surprise for you..." Probably nothing wrong with that car that has to go.

The non-Brembos do fade a bit on track, but even then - a set of track pads and a change of fluid and they do just fine. They definitely aren't necessary for normal or even "spirited" driving.
