I had to find some similar pics of an early GT86 and a 16 FR-S to see for myself. Seems you are indeed right.

Hang on, uploader is begin stupid. Brb with an edit.

EDIT: There we go.

CounterSpace Garage: can you guys tell how that center exhaust works temps/bumper non-melting wise, when/if stress-tested by eg. CSG Mike on track?
P.S.
There are misc. rules for street legality lights regulation wise .. at least according local ones i'll still need to have stock lights installed & working. Have you guys thought some options for relocating stock rear center light cluster if original space is used by Ace's muffler-s center exhaust? (my idea sounds like: cut out new hole for mounting relocated lights above old place, but turn 180deg, so that center triangle light points up.)

Could use Diode Dynamics Tail as Turn module as an alternative solution.

Happy to report the Laguna 90 muffler fits with Velox Diffuser and Differential Cover Plates.

Unfortunately, the non-stick material isn't so good with stickers...

The muffler in the picture is a prototype we've been testing with and does not represent the production versions.

Dual center exit means I'm cutting out the entire black plastic part, happily.

The "Do It Yourself" (DIY) twin tip version will be coming soon.

In the meantime the center exit Lauguna 90 is almost ready for our testers. Since each car is different, the exit is able to be moved left, right, up and down to fit your car.

Awesome. I really wanted the center-exit exhaust FT86SF was working on, but nothing ever seems to have come of that. This looks gorgeous. Can't wait to cut out the black trim, mount that beauty and throw on a velox diffuser.... sweet

I'm thinking of simply to mount it higher/above such exit & upside down, for pyramid to point up.
