Did you change the map sensor to the KW map sensor and not the denso one that originally came with kit?

That's the one included in the kit, it doesn't look like mine but I have an earlier kit. The newer kits have that one. I'd call them if it were me.

Thanks to Joe @KraftWerks I am up and running. Looks like the map sensor they sent was a 2.5bar vs their regular ones.

That's all I got for now

If you need me to snap some more I can try

Also the instructions don't mention it, but clamp the ends of the lines. Otherwise lines will pop off....

@Freeman - The line and fittings are rated to up to 250psi without a clamp. You should not have any issues with these while running without clamps.

And according to the instructions the lines and fittings are supposed to come pre-assembled. Mine weren't so I assembled myself. I should have put hose clamps on them, rookie mistake. Then this happened....

... So I say again, good idea to put hose clamps on.

Key words.. "up to". Not "at least".

We're not quite sure what your motor is referencing but the average pressure on one of these motors at operating temperature would be something like 80-105psi at a maximum? This would not come close to even an 'up to' rating.
